2027 Spring Conference exhibitor information

Sponsorship Information Packet

We offer exhibitors multiple levels of sponsorship:

PLATINUM SPONSOR

Only 2 Platinum Sponsorships are available.  This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Priority space: double booth at location of choice (first come, first served)

  • 5 minutes at the Friday lunch to address attendees

  • Option to provide all conference attendees with small vendor-sponsored swag:  lanyards, totes, pens, etc.

  • Vendor logo (large logo size) and sponsorship included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program

  • Option for two speaker sessions on the regular floor

  • Name and Logo on Bingo Board

  • Recognized as a PLATINUM sponsor on the MCTM website for 10 months

  • All meals included for 4 vendor representatives

  • Prominently display vendor logo and name at the coffee stations for the duration of the conference and during the Social Mixer on Thursday evening

GOLD SPONSOR

This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Priority space: single booth at secondary location (choose after Platinum sponsors; first come, first served)

  • Vendor logo (medium logo size) and sponsorship  included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program

  • Option for one speaker session on the regular floor

  • Name and Logo on Bingo Board

  • Recognized as a GOLD sponsor on the MCTM website for 8 months

  • All meals included for 3 vendor representatives

  • Prominently display vendor logo and name at the coffee stations for the duration of the conference.

    This level of sponsorship includes the following:

    • Single booth space

    • Vendor logo (small logo size) and sponsorship included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program

    • Option for one free speaker session on the regular floor

    • All meals included for 2 vendor representatives

    • Recognized as a SILVER sponsor on the MCTM conference website for 6 months

    • Prominently display vendor logo and name at the coffee stations for the duration of the conference.
