2025 Spring Conference Sponsorship Options

New this year, for the 2025 spring conference, we will be offering exhibitors multiple levels of sponsorship:

PLATINUM SPONSOR

Only 2 Platinum Sponsorships are available.  This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Priority space (double booth right in front of the registration table)
  • 3 minutes before the Keynote to acknowledge the sponsorship
  • Vendor logo (large logo size)  and sponsorship included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program
  • Option for one speaker session on the regular floor
  • Name and Logo on Bingo Board
  • Recognized as a PLATINUM sponsor  on the MCTM website for 10 months
  • All meals included for 4 vendor representatives
  • Ability to choose one item that will prominently display the vendor logo and name
    • Coffee for the conference
    • Identifying the sponsorship of a speaker
    • Branding of the internet for the duration of the conference
    • Sponsoring the MCTM Math Mixer on Thursday evening

GOLD SPONSOR

 This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Priority space  - single booth at secondary location - to the RIGHT as you enter OR 2ND ROW (behind platinum sponsors)
  • Vendor logo (medium logo size) and sponsorship  included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program
  • Option for one speaker session on the regular floor
  • Name and Logo on Bingo Board
  • Recognized as a GOLD sponsor on the MCTM website for 8 months
  • All meals included for 3 vendor representatives
  • Ability to choose one item that will prominently display the vendor logo and name
    • Coffee for the conference
    • Identifying the sponsorship of a speaker
    • Branding of the internet for the duration of the conference


SILVER SPONSOR

 This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Single booth space
  • Vendor logo (small logo size) and sponsorship included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program
  • Option for one free speaker session on the regular floor
  • Name on Bingo Board
  • All meals included for 2 vendor representatives
  • Recognized as a SILVER sponsor on the MCTM conference website for 6 months
  • Ability to choose one item that will prominently display the vendor logo and name
    • Coffee for the conference
    • Sponsoring a tray of food for the MCTM Math Mixer on Thursday evening

BRONZE SPONSOR

 This level of sponsorship includes the following:

  • Single booth space
  • Sponsorship included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program
  • All meals included for 1 vendor representative
  • Recognized as a BRONZE sponsor on the MCTM conference website for 4 months

NON-PROFIT EXHIBITOR

All non-profit exhibitors must be approved by exhibitchair@mctm.org.

Non-profit exhibitors must not sell or promote any products.

Non-profit exhibitor includes:

  • Single booth space
  • Vendor name included in conference slides, as well as in the printed program
